We went to Kaia's 4 month well check yesterday. She is 13 lbs 6 oz. 23 3/4 inches long. She is very healthy. Her head is a little small but it's growing so the doctor isn't too worried about it. She was so good on the way down and back. The doctor gave us the go ahead to start her on rice cereal. She wan't too thrilled about it.
The doctor was talking to her and trying to get her to smile, Kaia wanted nothing to do with her and just looked at her with a bored expression. So the dr. started talking to me and lo and behold Kaia decides to talk and smile at her. She does that to me too. I will be talking to her and getting big smiles and as soon as I bust out the camera she stops. That's why we don't have many smiling pictures of her. She wakes up laughing in the morning just like her sister used to do. Maybe it's the butterflies.That's a pretty random post but you all get the picture.
Glad to hear all is well with the cute little chunk. I don't blame her about the rice cereal, just the smell of it averts me - but yet we force feed it our kids. Funny how that works huh?!
